There’s something about 1970s saloon racing that modern track days just can't match. This is Coenraad Spamer throwing his "Team Castrol" Alfa Giulia Super into a corner at the 1975 Highveld 100

Look closely and you can see the road registration (TCD 18610) still on the front. Back then, they really did race what they drove on the street during the week.

Anyone here remember watching these Giulias scream around the track back in the day?
