Here’s N.A. Smith in the #D63 Ford Escort Mk1 squeezing right alongside Don Bruins in the #D60 Fiat 128 Rally during the 1975 Star Production Car series. You can practically feel the tension as both drivers turn in hard with the crowd looking on from the embankments. Malcolm Sampson captured this brilliant close-quarters battle in incredible detail.
